Management Team

President and CEO - Stan Batiste, MD, MBA.
Stan graduated as an engineer from UC Berkeley then acquired his MD and medical training from New York Medical College and Yale University and also earned an MBA from George Washington University. Stan has correlated human dynamics with engineering to successfully design the latest in exercise and therapy products. He is also currently the CEO and founder of VasoFlow Technologies, Inc. with designs endorsed by the most prominent physicians in the world. He is the current President and CEO of the YouthPerfect Corporation with prior experience as CEO of Radiology Associates of Nevada and CEO of Formex, Inc.

Chief Financial Officer - Alan Ren
Alan has received his MBA from the Wharton School of Business in Pennsylvania and has graduated from UC Irvine with a degree in finance. Alan also has graduated from the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing, China. His past working experience includes COO and CFO of THOOF, INC , CFO of REVVER, INC (Technology start up with 80 people, acquired by LiveUniverse, where he helped raise more than $20 million through equity and debt financing for this start up and built financial infrastructure for this new online media startup and provided leadership for finance and operation teams. Alan was also the Sr. Finance Director/Division CFO for SONY MEDIA SOFTWARE (Sony’s online media arm) and has worked several years with Gateway as a senior manager and for the Multinational Company ChinaPack as a controller. Alan is Bilingual (Chinese/English)having grown up in China.

Chief Technology Officer – Steven Achstein
Our CTO Steven Achstein is one of the major technical and creative forces behind the MyoPower Corporation. Steven has been responsible for engineering our product line from the fundamental designs with focus on manufacturing efficiency to increasing function and durability while lessening our costs and enhancing our product appeal. Steven’s inherent abilities bridge our need for design, IT and business. Steven has extensive experience in working in foreign countries for both product development and importing. Steven is also a creative force, lead investigator and on the board of directors of the VasoFlow Corporation and on the board of directors for YouthPerfect, Inc.

Maryann Batiste, L.R.T.,M, PFT - Product Innovation Specialist
With years of experience as a certified Medical Technologist, licensed Personal Trainer and licensed Cosmetologist, Maryann brings her vast knowledge and experience to MyoPower. Her creative passion combined with her extensive background has helped MyoPower stay ahead of the curve with innovative, practical, aesthetically pleasing designs. Maryann is also the founder and remains the primary product innovator behind the dermatology and esthetics company YouthPerfect, Inc.
